Return & Exchange Policy

At Henry & Harry’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

Exchanges or Store Credit Only

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Items may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value, or returned for store credit.

30-Day Return Window

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate a return for exchange or store credit:

  1. Contact us at HH23@lslbrands.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will respond with return instructions

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
